The company known as ImagineTime was founded in 1999 by practicing CPA Fred Lindsley who was in need of software solution to help him have better visibility of information, and a platform to help him make better decisions. He developed a solution that proved very popular with his employees and partners who encouraged him to take it to market. From there, Fred sold his CPA firm and focused exclusively on the software for nearly 20 years.
In 2018, Carl Coe acquired the company and set forth the plan to modernize the platform and help the company to grow to meet its potential. Since then the company has grown over 200%, added thousands of accounting firms, and changed the product mix. In 2019, the company released ImagineShare for Secure File Sharing and eSignature, and in 2020 Mango Billing was acquired and became the flagship product for the company.
The future is very bright for Mango Practice Management with an exclusive focus on bringing the easiest to use and most complete solution in the accounting industry.

Bryan Droznes serves as CEO at Mango & ImagineTime, drawing from decades of business expertise. His proficiency lies in launching and scaling businesses across diverse sectors, with a dedicated focus on cloud-based SaaS, on-premise software, and professional services. He's deeply committed to delivering solutions that simplify the workflows of accounting professionals.
Mango Billing Founder Tim Sines
Tim Sines is a unicorn. He is a 30-year practicing CPA and a world-class software developer, a truly unique combination. Tim has run his firm Sines and Associates since 1988 and simultaneously developed three different Practice Management platforms. For the past six years he has been developing his magnum opus, Mango Billing. He has taken his 30 years of experience as a CPA, understanding of the problems firms face, a deep understanding of software development, and the most modern technical architecture to create the accounting industry’s most comprehensive solution.
ImagineTime Founder Fred Lindsley
Mango was developed by founder Fred Lindsley, a CPA and software developer with over 25 years of experience. While working as a CPA, Fred saw that many of his clients had a need for customized computing services, and developed Mango to better serve them.
