Mango Practice Management Software for CPAs: Our 2019 Year in Review
It’s been an incredible year for us at Mango. In the past 365 days, we’ve hit some incredible
milestones—like revamping our logo and website; generating a social media presence; enhancing our time and billing software products; transitioning to new ownership; and bringing new team members on board! Though we have been in business for over 20 years, there’s no doubt that this year has been especially big for us. Below are a few of the 2019 successes we’re most proud of.
We Unveiled Our CPA Client Portal Software
Although we have provided exceptional time and billing software for accountants for a couple of decades, we did not offer a way for clients and CPAs to share sensitive data in a secure, encrypted environment. We collaborated with our Durham-based development team to conceptualize, develop, test, and finally roll out our new client portal for CPAs, Mango. Mango has been a huge success with our clients and reviewers alike. It even received a five-star rating from CPA Practice Advisor, which called it “an excellent addition to a very strong application.” We agree!
We Gave Ourselves a Makeover
Long-term customers and website visitors have likely noticed our biggest change, which is our comprehensive digital revamp. We partnered with Whiteboard Digital, an Apex NC web design and digital marketing company, to overhaul our look, streamline our navigation, and spread the word about our product offerings. The result? The same CPA practice management software you know and love, with a sleeker, more colorful, more modern look and vastly improved navigation. While we were at it, we upgraded our logo and entered the social media sphere—so we’re fully prepared for the new decade!
We Brought in Some New Faces
Not only did we change our leadership, from founder Fred Lindsley to software entrepreneur Carl Coe, we also brought on two new business development and product management professionals. Jason Goldfinger, Vice President of Sales, has done an incredible job so far in connecting with new customers and nurturing relationships with our clients. Chad Thomas, our new Vice President of Product Management, has also done an excellent job in his role of documenting, designing, and implementing creative digital solutions for our practice management products. Both men have been invaluable additions to our team, and we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have them.
Thanks for Another Amazing Year!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, business partners, and miscellaneous stakeholders for placing your trust in us all these years and especially in 2019. We look forward to continuing to serve as a true partner for all your CPA practice management needs. If you’d like to learn more about our products, please feel free to browse our website, or even request a free demo here. Thanks again, and here’s to a great 2020!
